Foundation Program in Islamic studies (S2).
The Foundation Program in Islamic Studies is a comprehensive program of the most important Islamic sciences that a Muslim needs to study. This is the second of six levels that qualify the student for university study in Islamic universities such as Al-Azhar University. This level includes the following subjects: Aqeedah (Islamic Creed), Biography of the Prophet(PBUH), Tajweed, Tafsir, Hadith, and Fiqh.

After completing this level the student will learn:
1. Belief in the prophets and their characteristics.
2. The most important events of the Prophet's migration(Hijrah), and the events after it.
3. The most important rules of Tajweed related to letters, Noon Sakinah, Tanween, and letter (lam).
4. Some of the most important teachings mentioned in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah.
5. Some of the most important rulings on zakat, fasting and Hajj.
