"The foundational program in Islamic sciences is a comprehensive program covering the most important Islamic sciences that a Muslim needs to study. This is the third level of a six-level program that qualifies students for university studies in Islamic universities such as Al-Azhar University. This level includes the following subjects: aqidah, Seerah, tajweed, tafsir ), hadith, fiqh, inheritance law, and Islamic culture."

Upon completion of this level, the student will have:
- Learned the most important rulings related to Islamic transactions, family law, and inheritance.
- Acquired knowledge of the news regarding the Hereafter and other theological issues.
- Gained a deeper understanding of the Quran through the interpretation of important verses.
- Become more familiar with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) through his teachings in the Sunnah and the major events of his biography.
- Learned the most important Islamic concepts that form the Muslim's cultural identity.
- Learned the most important rules related to Quranic recitation.
